Temperature Sensor Assemblies
The Thermometrics Mid-Range Temperature Probe works in a variety of temperature applications in the appliance and industrial segment.
Thermometrics Oil Pressure Switch can be used in all vehicles to monitor the engine oil flow when the engine starts. It can detect oil pressure and enables the EMS ECU to check for the lack of oil. It can also send an alarm signal to the driver, helping to avoid engine damage due to overheating.
Thermometrics JB Series of NTC Type Oven Sensors are glass-encapsulated thermistors housed in a stainless steel probe body with PTFE leadout wires, terminated with a connector assembly. Typical applications include domestic ovens and combination microwaves.
Thermometrics Self-Adhering Surface Temperature Sensors are designed for industrial HVACR applications, typically for placement on the external wall of a water tank or boiler reservoirs. They are also suitable for reservoir tanks working in conjunction with solar panel water heating systems.
Thermometrics Single Solar Sensors are mounted on a vehicle's IP panel near the front window and use the amount of outside sunlight entering the vehicle to assist in controlling the HVAC system. The single solar sensor has one photo diode cell inside, and is used in the independent type ATC, by sensing the amount of light left to right via angle light activating filters.
Thermometrics Dual Solar Sensor uses two photo diode cells to measure the intensity of the light that enters into the cabin of a vehicle.
Thermometrics Type FL Low Profile NTC Temperature Sensor consists of an NTC chip thermistor enclosed in a flat flexible circuit (FFC) with a thin-film protective coating. With its low profile (1.0 mm max thickness) and contour-conforming flexibility, this sensor is ideal for tight applications.
Thermometrics Waterproof IP68 Temperature Sensors include Types JI and JIC NTC Thermistors. Both types are molded onto a flexible circular cable with the option of a stainless steel housing. Wide application range. Additional options for resistance-temperature characteristics, wire lengths and housing lengths.
Thermometrics Type JR NTC Chip Thermistors in Eyelet Tag are chip thermistors with insulated flexible wires and housed in an eyelet tag. They are suitable for surface temperature measurement. Typical applications include semi-conductor heatsinks and enclosure panels.
Thermometrics Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) monitors the temperature of the coolant that is being pumped around the battery to cool the battery module of EV/PHEVs. If the battery module starts to overheat, the Coolant Temperature Sensor relays a signal to the Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS uses this information to prevent battery packs from any damage and maximize the performance.
Thermometrics Type CSP Temperature Standards are ultrastable probe thermistors that have been calibrated to an accuracy of 0.01°C. The standard unit has a thin, conformal coating of silicone rubber over the entire unit, which makes it suitable for immersion in a water bath. They are also available with stainless steel sensor housings, or they can be encapsulated into various sheaths.
Thermometrics Types S/AS/ES Temperature Standards consist of ultra-stable thermistor probes assembled into thin wall stainless steel housings with shielded extension leads. All thermistor temperature standards are ruggedly constructed and are suitable for liquid immersion with special processing to ensure long-term stability.
Thermometrics Turbidity Sensor TSD-10 measures the turbidity (amount of suspended particles) of the wash water in washing machines and dishwashers.
Thermometrics Turbidity Sensor TST-10 measures the turbidity (amount of suspended particles) of the wash water in washing machines and dishwashers.
Thermometrics Turbidity Sensor TSW-10 measures the turbidity (amount of suspended particles) of the wash water in washing machines and dishwashers.
